That Evening Light captures one of those quiet moments when the day begins to fade and the landscape seems to take on a life of its own.

A warm evening sun glows through the trees, its reflection stretching across the still water beneath a sky of soft pinks, violets and mauves. Loose, expressive brushwork brings movement to the grasses and trees while preserving the calm atmosphere of the scene.

There is something deliberately nostalgic about this painting. It isn’t intended to represent one particular place, but rather the feeling of remembering one — an evening, a landscape, or a moment that stays with you long after the light has gone.
